1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all production agreements, services, and deliveries provided by FG Visual Productions (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to the Client.

2. Ownership & Usage Rights

Retention of Title: Until full payment has been made, all media files and raw material remain the sole property of the Contractor.

Granting of Rights: Upon full payment, the Client receives the agreed usage rights. The release of raw material requires an explicit agreement.

3. Artistic Freedom

Artistic freedom applies to planning, creation, and editing. Complaints based on subjective aesthetic taste are excluded and do not entitle the Client to price reductions.

4. Weather & Execution

No liability is assumed for weather-related impairments of quality or unrealizable motifs beyond the Contractor's control. In these cases, performance is still deemed to be in accordance with the contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded. Claims for damages are limited to intent and gross negligence. Contractual penalties are excluded.

6. Cancellation Fees

In the event of order cancellation prior to the start of production, the following fees apply:

• Up to 14 days prior: 25% of total order value

• Less than 14 days prior: 50% of total order value

7. Catering & Logistics

For full-day productions (8 hours or more), appropriate catering and beverages must be provided on site by the Client, unless agreed otherwise.

8. Payment Terms

Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required for binding date reservation.

Remaining Payment: 50% remaining balance due immediately upon project completion and delivery of final media files.

9. Offers & Orders

Offers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. A binding order is established upon receipt of a signed offer or written confirmation.
